This name sums up well our main focus for almost a quarter of a century &#8211; to be a worthy partner for our clients in implementing changes and developing people.<\/p>\n<p>The story of our company began in 1997 when we started to bring innovative <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/everythingdisc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DiSC\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> personality development tools (USA) to the Baltic states. From that moment on, it has been part of our DNA to know that successful change starts with people and that our behavior has an important role to play in it.<\/p>\n<p>From 2008 we partnered with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.implementconsultinggroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Implement Consulting Group<\/a><\/strong>, Scandinavia&#8217;s largest management consulting firm. Added to our DNA became knowledge that achieving long-term change requires transforming organizational culture and that managers play a key role in this.
