The change dialogue game is based on the ADKAR model, which describes how people adopt change – from awareness to the reinforcement of new behaviors.
The game guides participants through the change journey:
- why the change is needed
- what it means for people
- what will actually change
- what will be done differently going forward
- what helps the new way of working stick
During the game, participants also go through an ADKAR pulse check, which helps map where employees are on the change journey and what supports or hinders progress.
It is possible to receive aggregated results from the pulse check, providing a clear picture of the organization’s readiness for change.
